Refund policy

You’re welcome to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging

  • Please keep your receipt or order number handy

How to start a return:

Email aaliyah@theroutine.health with your order details.
We’ll send you a return label and instructions from there.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first.


Damaged or Wrong Items?

If something arrives broken, defective, or not what you ordered, reach out right away so we can make it right.


What can’t be returned:

We don’t accept returns on:

  • Opened matcha or perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure about something, just ask.


Exchanges

The quickest way to swap something?
Return what you have, then place a new order once your return is approved.


Refund Timing

Once we get your return and approve it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
